After Trinity bounced back to even the match at 1-1, Conn took control in the third with an 8-1 run that produced a 16-11 lead. The Bantams then cut the deficit to 23-22 before a bad serve and a block by Letourneau and Wartelle wrapped up the set for the Camels.
