2020-21 (Outdoors):
Competed in five meets as a sophomore … Was named a USTFCCCA All-Region Team selection and landed on the All-NESCAC Team in the 5,000 and 10,000 … Also made the NESCAC Spring All-Academic Team … Won the 5,000 in 14:38.97 in a home meet versus Tufts (4/11) … Broke the school record in the 10,000 by hitting the tape in a winning time of 30:35.34 at a Tufts Quad Meet (4/18), surpassing the previous mark of 30:53.77 established in 2003 … Registered a collegiate-best time of 14:32.54 at another Tufts Quad Meet (5/1) … Improved 10,000 program standard by clocking in a first-place mark of 30:12.58 at Williams (5/15) … Recorded a 15th-place time of 31:30.57 in the 10,000 at the NCAA Championships (5/27).
2020-21 (Indoors):
Season was canceled due to COVID-19 … Earned a place on the NESCAC Winter All-Academic Team.

Raced at six meets as a freshman … Registered collegiate-best times of 8:59.97 in the 3,000 at Tufts’ Branwen Smith-King Invitational (2/1) and 15:23.32 in the 5,000 at Boston University’s Valentine Invitational (2/15) … Placed 20th in the 5,000 in 15:36.58 at the New England Division III Championships (2/29).
High School:
Four-year letterwinner in track & field as well as a three-year letterwinner in cross country at Manchester-Essex … Had a personal-best 5k time of 16:39 in cross country as well as top marks of 2:01 in the 800, 4:37 in the Mile, and 9:57 in the 2-Mile on the track … Team captain for both sports as a junior and senior … Also played soccer for a season … High honors student.
