Works in the Arboretum at Connecticut College ... Also helps as a monitor in the fitness center.
2020:
Season was canceled due to COVID-19.
2019:
Competed in all seven meets and was the team’s number two runner as a freshman … Helped the Camels finish second among five programs in collegiate debut at the Bates Super Cross Country Shootout (9/14) by crossing the line seventh overall and second on the team with an 8,000-meter time of 26:13.2 … Placed 13th in the field in 26:11 at the Purple Valley Classic (9/28) and 31st among 276 harriers in 25:03.9 at the prestigious Louisville Classic (10/5) … Ran a collegiate-best 8k time of 24:59.4 to finish 14th overall and second on the team at the Connecticut College Invitational (10/19) … Earned all-conference laurels for placing 13th at the NESCAC Championships (11/2) with an 8k mark of 26:11 … Placed 44th overall and second on the team in 26:00.8 at the NCAA New England Regional Championships (11/16).
High School:
Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field at George School … Team captain for both sports as a senior … Registered personal-best times of 4:30.43 in the Mile, 8:52 in the 3k, 9:30 in the 2-Mile, 15:35 in the 5k, and 6:21.38 in the 2,000-meter steeplechase … Was an all-conference and all-state selection in cross country and track & field every year … Was the 2019 PAISAA State Champion in the 2-Mile … Two-time New Balance Indoor Nationals qualifier in the 2-Mile as well as a 2x Friends League Champion in cross country and the 2-Mile … Also a 2x PAISAA runner-up finisher in cross country … Honor roll student … Member of Art for Relief.
Personal:
Double majoring in Botany and Economics … Enjoys reading and gardening … Favorite athletes are Kenenisa Bekele and Haile Gebrselassie … Plans to become a botanist or a portfolio manager after graduation.
