Phoebe Seifert enters her second season as assistant coach of the Connecticut College field hockey program in 2024-25.

Prior to joining the Camels, Seifert spent a year as a teacher in the Norwich Public School System and as the strength and conditioning coach at Fitch High School in Groton, Conn. As the strength and conditioning coach at Fitch, Seifert ran summer fitness programs and skill work for the high school field hockey team, while also preparing athletes with well-coordinated schedules of practices and individual training sessions.

A native of Groton, Conn., Seifert was a dual-sport athlete as a member of the field hockey and lacrosse teams for all four years at Fitch. After high school, she continued as a dual-sport athlete for the Lyons of Wheaton College, where she was named captain of the field hockey team as a senior. She appeared in 28 career games, totaling four goals for the field hockey team.

Seifert graduated with a degree in sociology and religion from Wheaton in 2022.
