Competed in two events as a first year … made his collegiate debut at the Bates Super XC Shootout and finished 58th … recorded a career-best 8K time of 29:40.1 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.
High School
Lettered in track & field for three years and in cross country for two seasons at Northampton … Team captain as a senior who registered personal-best times of 18:15 in the 5,000-meter run, 5:07 in the Mile, and 2:58 in the 1,000 … Also played soccer for one season … Helped the cross country program win two Western Massachusetts Regional Championships … Was also involved with the marching band, concert band, chorus, and Minds Matter, which is the school’s mental health awareness club.

Majoring in Music, Sound, and Technology, with minors in economics and government … Enjoys playing music, singing, biking, hiking, and playing spike ball … Favorite athletes are Morgan McDonald and the entire USWNT.
