2022
Competed in three events as a junior … recorded a season-best 8K time of 27:41.5 at the Conn College Invitational.
2021
Competed in four events as a sophomore … made his collegiate debut at the Bates Super XC Shootout and finished 49th … recorded a season-best 8K time of 28:55.0 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run … logged a career-best 6K time of 20:37.0 in a dual meet with Mitchell.
2020
Season was canceled due to COVID-19.
High School
Four-year letterwinner in cross country and a two-year letterwinner in track & field at Lawrence Academy … Team captain for both programs who had a personal-best 5,000-meter mark of 16:47 in cross country and a personal-best 3k time of 9:59.25 on the track … Two-time All-NEPSCAC selection in cross country … Also competed in alpine ski racing every year and on the tennis team for two seasons … Captained the alpine ski racing team … Honor roll student … Was a tour guide, peer counselor, and a member of the Elm Tree Society.
