NESCAC All-Academic Team … competed in four events as a senior … ranked in Conn’s top-7 in one race … recorded a season-best 8K time of 27:57.4 at the D3 Pre-Nationals … clocked a career-best 5K time of 16:37.3 at the D3 Challenge and finished fourth.

2023
NESCAC All-Academic Team … competed in four events as a junior … ranked in Conn’s top-7 in four races … recorded a season-best 8K time of 26:03.7 at the Conn College Invitational and placed 82nd … crossed the finish line in 27:51.8 at the NESCAC Championship and finished 88th.

2022
NESCAC All-Academic Team … competed in six events as a sophomore … recorded a career-best 8K time of 25:57.5 at the Conn College Invitational and finished 90th … ran at the NESCAC Championship and placed 92nd in 26:32.6 … finished 49th at the NCAA Mideast Regional with a time of 27:32.1 … also competed at the NCAA Championship in Lansing, Mich., finishing 271st with a time of 27:34.9.

2021
Competed in four events as a first year … made his collegiate debut at the Bates Super XC Shootout and finished 31st … recorded a season-best 8K time of 27:56.0 at the Conn College Invitational.

High School
Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track & field at The Gunnery ... Posted personal-best times of 4:30.5 in the Mile, 2:03 in the 800-meter run, and 16:40 on a 5,000-meter cross country course … Captained cross country team junior and senior years... Named All-New England in 2017 and 2018 and earned the Witman Cross Country Award twice ... Helped program finish post a top-three finish in the conference ... High honor roll recipient all four years and was named to the Dean’s List in 2020 ... Served as the school’s head tour guide, contributed to the student newspaper, The Highlander, and was a member of school’s Grey Club political party.

Majoring in Enviromental Studies … Enjoys playing with his dog, hiking, and being outdoors … Favorite athlete is runner Galen Rupp … Plans to attend law school after graduation.
