2023
Did not compete in any events as a junior.

2022
Competed in three events as a sophomore … recorded a career-best 6K time of 21:33.7 at the Wesleyan Cardinal Invitational and finished 54th … logged a season-best 8K time of 28:34.6 at the James Earley Invitational and placed 24th.

2021
Competed in four events as a first year … made his collegiate debut at the Bates Super XC Shootout … recorded a season-best 8K time of 30:26.9 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.

High School
Four-year letter winner in track & field as a middle distance runner at The George School … Team captain senior year who helped lead his team to a pair of league runner-up finishes in 2019 and 2021… Recorded personal-best times of 55 seconds in the 400-meter dash, 2:03 in the 800-meter run, and 4:47 in the 1,600 … Also played soccer every year … Served in leadership role for the ski club … Peer Council member and an honor roll student.
