All-NESCAC First Team … USTFCCCA All-Region … NESCAC All-Academic Team … USTFCCCA All-Academic … competed in five events … ranked in Conn’s top-7 in four races … finished as runner-up at the Trinity Invitational and clocked a career-best 5K time of 15:54.0 … finished third at the NESCAC Championship with a time of 24:52.0, becoming the sixth Camel to secure a top-3 finish at the meet … recorded a career-best 8K time of 24:50.9 at the NCAA Mideast Regional and finished 11th … that time was also the fifth-fastest ever by a Conn College runner at the Harkness Park course … qualified as an individual for the NCAA Championship in Terre Haute, Ind., finishing 54th with a time of 24:54.9.
2023
NESCAC All-Academic Team … did not compete in any events as a junior due to injury.
2022
Competed in four events as a sophomore … recorded a season-best 8K time of 25:37.2 at the NESCAC Championship and finished 43rd … ran at the NCAA Mideast Regional and placed 43rd with a time of 27:09.6 … also competed at the NCAA Championship in Lansing, Mich., finishing 240th with a time of 27:02.4.
2021
Competed in three events as a first year … made his collegiate debut at the Bates Super XC Shootout and finished 26th … recorded a season-best 8K time of 27:00.3 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.
High School
Four-year member of the cross country and track & field teams at Paul D. Schreiber ... notched personal-best times of 16:43 in the 5,000, 10:05 in the 3,200, and 4:39 in the 1,600 ... senior year cross country captain ... recognized four times as all-county, one time as all-division, and three times as all-conference ... helped lead his track & field team to a county championship and his cross country team to county and sectional titles in 2021 ... honor roll student every year and a member of the Key Club.
