Biography

2022-23:
All-America Honorable Mention and All-NESCAC in the 800 free relay … participated in all 10 meets … competed in four relays at the NCAA Championship and swam the third leg on the team that finished 13th in the 800 free relay … competed in seven events at the NESCAC Championship and recorded season-best times in the 100 back (51.43) and 200 back (1:52.11) … helped power the 800 free relay team to a third-place finish for the second year in a row … also swam in the 200 free, 400 free and 400 medley relays.

2021-22:
All-NESCAC in the 800 free relay … participated in seven meets … competed in seven events at the NESCAC Championship and recorded season-best times in the 50 back (23.44), 100 back (50.17) and 200 back (1:48.95) … all three of those times were the fastest by a Conn swimmer all season … finished fourth in the 200 back … helped power the 800 free relay team to a third-place finish while setting a school record (6:39.44) … also swam in the 400 free, 200 medley and 400 medley relays. 

2020-21:
Season canceled due to COVID-19.

2019-20:
Participated in nine meets … competed in seven events at the NESCAC Championship and posted season-best times in the 50 back (23.56), 100 back (50.86) and 200 back (1:50.77) … all three of those times were the fastest by a Conn swimmer all season … finished sixth in the 200 back … also swam in the 200 free, 400 free, 800 free and 400 medley relays. 

High School:
Four-year letterwinner at St. John’s Prep … team captain who registered personal-best times of 21.29 in the 50 free, 46.28 in the 100 free, 1:42.38 in the 200 free, 4:41.21 in the 500 free, 52.71 in the 100 back, and 2:00.62 in the 200 back … Boston Globe Athlete of the Year and Catholic Conference MVP in 2019 … helped the program win four Massachusetts Division I State Championships and captured state individual titles in the 50 free as well as the 100 free in 2018 … was a Catholic Conference All-Star every year and led the squad to four conference championships … also lettered in water polo all four years and captained the program as a senior … honor roll student and member of the National Honor Society.
 
Personal:
Major is undeclared … enjoys photography, hammocking, scootering, hiking, and fishing … favorite athlete is Mark Spitz … plans to become a pediatrician after graduation.
