Ran at five competitions during freshman campaign … Recorded collegiate-best marks of 4:20.51 in the 1,500 at the Coast Guard Invitational (4/6) and 16:27.23 in the 5,000 at the Silfen Invitational (4/13) … Punched in a time of 16:36.40 in the 5,000 at the NESCAC Championships (4/27).
2018-19 (Indoors):
Competed in six meets as a freshman … Posted season-best times of 4:52.26 in the Mile at the Wheaton Invitational (1/19) and 9:39.45 in the 3,000 at the Springfield College Triangle Classic (2/16).
High School:
Four-year
letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Westfield … Captained both programs as a senior … Notched personal-best times of 16:29 in the 5k, 10:09.82 in the 3,200-meter run, and 16:38 in the 5,150-meter run … Made the all-conference first team and the all-county second team in cross country during senior season … Cross country team placed third at the
NJSIAA Group IV Championships and ninth at the
