WASHINGTON, Pa.--The Connecticut College women's water polo team (12-6) took its last three matches to complete a seven match sweep against Division III opposition at Washington and Jefferson College.
In the late match Saturday night, the Camels routed Penn State-Behrend in an 18-1 triumph. Sunday afternoon, the Camels knocked off Macalester College in a 19-3 offensive uprising before closing out the weekend with a 19-1 triumph over Utica.
Nicky Jasbon (Greenacres, Fla.) erupted with 15 goals, 12 steals, three earned ejections, two assists and one blocked shot in the three wins. Junior Kate Jacobson (Collegeville, Pa.) checked in with 10 goals, 12 assists, five steals and five earned ejections for the Camels. Kelsey Millward (Baie-d'Urfe, Quebec) finished with 12 goals, nine steals, two assists and seven earned ejections.
Isabelle Baneux (Ithaca, N.Y.) contributed with seven goals, 16 assists, nine steals, one block and two earned ejections. Sophomore Sam Pierce (Windsor, Conn.) chipped in with four goals, five assists and seven steals. Abbey Wrobleski (Honolulu, Hawaii) had four goals, seven assists, one block and two steals.
Brianna Harrity (Jeffersonville, Pa.) supplied four scores, three assists, four steals, and one earned ejection.
Susan Doetsch (Arnold, Md.) made seven saves while adding two steals one assist and one earned ejection.
Sarah Sovia (Pottstown, Pa.) had 10 saves for the Camels.
