NEW LONDON, Conn.--Connecticut College senior Isabelle Baneux (Ithaca, N.Y.), junior Kelsey Millward (Baie D'Urfe, Quebec) and freshman Sarah Pursley (Menlo Park, Calif.) have been honored on the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Division III Weekly Honor Roll.
Baneux was named to the defensive honor roll for the Camels. She has induced 20 turnovers while adding 10 goals and 14 steals for the reigning CWPA III Champs. Baneux had two goals, two assists and one steal in a 12-11 triumph at Cal Lutheran University.
Millward was recognized on the offensive honor roll for Head Coach Matt Anderson's Camels. She netted the game-winning goal with eight seconds left against Cal Lutheran, leading Connecticut College past the Regals with five goals, four steals, three assist and one blocked shot. Millward has scored 19 goals and dished out 10 assists for the Camels while also contributing with 16 steals and a pair of blocked shots.
Pursley was tabbed to the rookie honor roll for Connecticut College. She made three saves and grabbed two steals in the victory against Cal Lutheran. Pursley has accounted for seven saves and four steals in her first year in the cage.
