Cress Accounts for Three Goals & Two Assists in Northern Division Doubleheader for Camels

BRONX, N.Y.--The Connecticut College men's water polo team (0-4) dropped Northern Division matches against Fordham and Iona College in the Empire State of New York Saturday.

In the early match, the Camels dropped a 19-5 decision to the Gaels from Iona College. Later on in the night-cap, the Fordham University Rams earned an 18-7 win against the Camels in the Bronx. 

Sophomore Stephan Cress (pictured, Rockford, Mich.) scored three goals while assisting on two others, adding a pair of steals and one field block to lead the Camel offense in the doubleheader.  Isaih Porter (La Jolla, Calif.) chipped in with three goals, two assists and three steals for Connecticut College. Daniel Seo (Lakewood, Calif.) accounted for three goals, one assist and two steals in Saturday's action.

Sophomore Jake Pescatore (New Haven, Conn.) had three steals and one goal scored for the Camels. Paul MacMullin (Haverhill, Mass.) collected two steals to go with his goal.

Junior Karan Das-Grande (Menlo Park, Calif.) finished up with one assist and two steals. 

Junior Aidan Kelso (Washington, D.C.) tallied one assist and one steal.   Freshman Johnathan Evanilla (Claremont, Calif.) and Chase Lesniak (Barrington, Ill.) both finished with two steals for the Camels. Senior William Bogle V (Weston, Mass.) registered one field block and one steal for Head Coach Matt Anderson's squad.

Junior Henry McMillan (New York, N.Y.) registered two blocks while adding one assist. Senior net-minder Daniel Albers (Aloha, Ore.) made 14 saves in the twin-bill, adding three assists and a pair of steals for the Camels.  Matthew Wagman (Needham, Mass.) stepped off the bench to contribute with two saves in the loss to Iona.
