FULL RESULTS

AMHERST, Mass. - The Connecticut College women's swimming and diving team lost a dual meet to Amherst College, 192-106, on Saturday afternoon at the Pratt Pool. 
 
Senior Maddie Ford (Acton, Mass.) posted top finishes in the 200-yard and 100-yard freestyle with times of 1:54.43 and 53.08 seconds, respectively. She also anchored the 200 free relay which registered a time of 1:38.79 and included junior Vaughn Ammon (Franklin, Tenn.), classmate Anika Svoboda (Westford, Mass.), and senior Kenzie Healy (Westport, Conn.).
 
Junior Tiernan Shea (Grafton, Mass.) also won the 100 back in 58.13, and senior Andrea Higgins (Peabody, Mass.) finished first in the 200 fly in 2:06.07.
 
Connecticut College (2-3, NESCAC 0-3) will next compete in Middletown, Connecticut against Wesleyan on Saturday, January 29th.
