BRUNSWICK, Maine -- On the first full day of competition at the 2023 NESCAC Women's Swimming & Diving Championships, Connecticut College had nine swimmers qualify for Friday night's finals at Bowdoin College's LeRoy Greason Pool.
Senior
Vaughn Ammon was the lone Camel to earn a spot in a championship final, finishing in the top eight in the preliminaries of the 50 free. Her season-best time of 23.83 was less than half a second off the top time secured by Hamilton's Samantha Karlson (23.48).
Friday night's session, which is slated to begin at 6:00 p.m., will also feature the finals of the 200 free and 400 medley relays.
