WATERVILLE, Maine – The Connecticut College women's swimming and diving team dropped a 177-121 decision to Colby College on Monday afternoon at the Aquatics Center.

The Camels had four swimmers pick up individual wins on the day, while several others turned in strong performances.

Early in the meet, the Camels took home the top three spots in the 200 free. Lauren Multari (Hamilton, N.J.) set the pace with a time of 1:58.19, narrowly edging Hope Lane (Swarthmore, Pa.) and Kate Edison (Westford, Mass.) by less than two-tenths of a second.

Rosemary Bonadies (Nashville, Tenn.) later added a win in the 200 back (2:08.71), and Edison was first to the wall in the 500 free (5:19.23). Sarah Franco (Weston, Conn.) secured Conn's final victory in the 400 IM (4:44.05).

In addition to her runner-up finish in the 200 free, Lane finished second in both the 100 free and 200 free. Ella Behling (Brookfield, Conn.) and Cassie Toler (League City, Texas) also nabbed a pair of runner-up finishes, the former in the 100 and 200 breast and the latter in the 100 and 200 fly.

Conn will next host Williams College on Saturday, January 20 at 1:00 p.m.
