AMHERST, Mass. – The Connecticut College women's swimming and diving team fell by a 204-90 final to Amherst College on Saturday afternoon in a NESCAC meet at Pratt Pool.
Emma Lent (Acton, Mass.) supplied Conn's lone first-place finish of the day. Her victory came in the 200 breast, where she touched the wall in 2:28.49 and bested Amherst's Joline Fong by more than a second.
Six other Camels contributed runner-up finishes:
Jenna Charlat (Bedford, N.H.) in the 200 back,
Rosemary Bonadies (Nashville, Tenn.) in the 100 back,
Ella Behling (Brookfield, Conn.) in the 100 breast,
Jada Keen (Kealakekua, Hawaii) in the 50 free,
Hope Lane (Swarthmore, Pa.) in the 200 free and
Kate Edison (Westford, Mass.) in the 100 fly.
Conn will next compete at Wesleyan University on Saturday, February 3 at 2:00 p.m.
