WATERVILLE, Maine – The Connecticut College women's volleyball team dropped its regular season finale against No. 20 Colby College, 3-0, on Saturday afternoon at the Crook Center.

The Mules (22-2 overall) won by set scores of 25-19, 25-13 and 25-15 to finish the NESCAC regular season with a 10-0 record. Brady Moseley led the way with a double-double of 11 kills and 10 digs for Colby.

Mila Chan (San Francisco, Calif.) paced the Camels with 10 kills and nine digs while Amanda Kreidler (Aliso Viejo, Calif.) chipped in seven kills. Josie Kelly (Solana Beach, Calif.) finished with 25 assists and Taylor Merrifield (Honolulu, Hawaii) supplied a match-high 17 digs.

In the opening set, Colby took its biggest lead at 19-10 before the Camels rallied back behind a 7-1 spurt. Conn cut the deficit to three on an ace by Chan, but the Mules quickly recovered and won five of the next seven points to close out the set.

Conn jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the second set that was erased by a 7-1 Colby run. The Mules never trailed again as Moseley supplied four kills and a block to secure the 2-0 lead.

A 6-1 start put Colby in front for good in the final stanza. The Mules extended the lead to as many as 11 before coasting to the finish.

Conn (15-8 overall, 3-7 NESCAC) has qualified for the 2024 NESCAC Championship as the eighth seed. The Camels will make a return trip to Colby to face the top-seeded Mules in the quarterfinals on Saturday, November 9. Game time is TBA.
