MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – The Connecticut College women's swimming and diving team dropped a 196-92 decision to Middlebury College on Saturday afternoon at the Middlebury Natatorium.
Jenna Charlat (Bedford, N.H.) paced the Camels with a pair of runner-up finishes on the day, taking second in both the 100 back (1:01.01) and 200 back (2:13.67). Also posting runner-up finishes were
Campbell Baumgartner (Charlotte, N.C.) in the 100 breast (1:08.67),
Tessa Gordon (Cottage Grove, Wis.) in the 50 free (25:53),
Leah Mayerhauser (Poughkeepsie, N.Y.) in the 1M dive (158.40),
Emma Lent (Acton, Mass.) in the 200 breast (2:29.92) and
Cassie Toler (League, Texas) in the 100 fly (1:01.27).
The Panthers captured the first 14 events en route to victory. A trio of Middlebury swimmers claimed two individual events and a relay on the day.
Conn will next compete at Roger Williams University on Saturday, December 7 at 1:00 p.m.
