NEW LONDON, Conn. – The Connecticut College sailing team returned to action, hosting the Southern New England Team Race at Kohn Waterfront. Conn finished seventh out of seven teams.

The Camels won two of 18 races, defeating the University of Rhode Island and Brown. Racing for Conn was Ryan McKinney (New York, N.Y.), Vivian Smith (Hastings-on-Hudson, N.Y.), Charles Bresnahan (Groton, Conn.), Cecilia Bohan (Newport, R.I.), Tatem Gee (Burlingame, Calif.), Wade Anthony (Chestertown, Md.), Renee Smith (Haskell, N.J.), Andrew Selian (Portsmouth, R.I.), and Andrew Powers (Rye, N.Y.).

Sailing returns to action next weekend, as the Camels travel to Brunswick, Maine to take part in the New England Team Race beginning on Saturday.
