NEW LONDON, Conn. – Hartford Athletic announced that recent women's soccer graduate Mya Johnson '24 has joined the expansion team for their upcoming debut season in USL W.

A five-year member of the women's soccer team, Johnson made 66 appearances, while making 64 starts for the Camels. The forward ended her collegiate career ranked second in program history in points and goals with 80 and 33 respectively. A three-time All-NESCAC First Team selection, Johnson also earned three USC All-Region honors, while being named to the NEWISA All-New England Third Team in 2023. 

Hartford Athletic kicks off their first season of action on Tuesday, May 19th against Vermont Green FC at Trinity Health Stadium in Hartford.
