CLINTON, N.Y. — The Connecticut College men's tennis team fell by a 6-1 final at Hamilton College on Saturday afternoon inside the Margaret Bundy Scott Field House.
The Continentals captured all three doubles matches to secure an early 1-0 lead. Hamilton then posted wins on the top five singles courts to improve to 8-8 overall (2-7 NESCAC).
Conn's lone point came at No. 6 singles where
Kristian Brondmo (Haslum, Norway) ousted Alejandro Fernandez by a 6-4, 6-3 decision. The victory was Brondmo's second of the season and first in NESCAC play.
Conn (3-15 overall, 0-9 NESCAC) will wrap up the season at Amherst College on Sunday, April 25 at 2:00 p.m.
