Box Score BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College women's lacrosse team used a five-goal run in the second half to win its first conference game of the season, 14-12, over Connecticut College on Saturday at Ryan Field.
The Polar Bears improve to 5-6 (1-6 NESCAC) while the Camels fall to 5-6 (1-5 NESCAC).

- Bowdoin's decisive run started with three goals in a span of 46 seconds. Emma Beecher closed the gap to 11-10 before Hannah Hirschfeld's free position goal evened the score with 14:36 to go. Just 27 seconds later Mettler Growney put the Polar Bears on top for good
- The Polar Bears scored twice more, courtesy of Brooke Bullington and Megan O'Connor, to extend the lead to 14-11 before a late Camel goal by Lacey Hale closed the final margin to 14-12
