Caroline Davis ‘99 is one of the most dominating and versatile soccer players to compete in a Camel uniform. Her prolific play and clutch performances were keys to the program’s rise to national prominence.
 
In Davis’s senior season, the soccer program reached its pinnacle with an appearance in the 1998 NCAA Championship Tournament, advancing to the Elite Eight round. The Camels finished the season ranked #8 in the final NSCAA National Poll. David led the New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) in scoring with 11 goals (including 5 game-winners), 12 assists and 34 points. She earned several accolades including First Team All-NESCAC, NSCAA All-New England and NCAA All-Region.
 
Davis was instrumental in the team’s ascent to the top of the region, helping the Camels to a 35-23-5 record and appearing in all 63 career games. She holds school records for career assists (24) and season assists (12), and she ranks third in career points (66) and sixth in career goals (21). Davis also was a two-year contributor for the basketball team, earning the team’s Most Improved Player Award in 1996.
 
Since graduation, Davis has worked for the ESPN network, where she has flourished, traveling around the world to cover the largest sports events. She has received numerous promotions and currently serves as a senior production coordinator.
